About the role

  • Lead a team of technical architects and consultants delivering MuleSoft solutions.
  • Provide career coaching and project oversight.
  • Build the practice through internal initiatives and contribute to business planning.
  • Work with customers/partners to solve business challenges using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
  • Lead multi-phased delivery projects with customer and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading by example and being a player and a coach.
  • Professional services leader experience with practice growth and consulting background.
  • Collaborative mindset to gain trust across teams.
  • Experience in architecting MuleSoft services and cloud-based infrastructures.
  • Experience with API and integration security concepts.
  • 6-10 years leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
  • Conducting technical workshops with clients.
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Desire for continuous study of new technologies.
  • Skills in operational excellence for bookings and utilization forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written documentation skills.
  • Management of people/projects in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to motivate and achieve results.
  • Agile and proactive working style with ambiguous specifications.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft AI developments and AI/ML concepts.
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
