About the role

  • Launch outbound campaigns based on real-time triggers (funding, hiring, signals, tech changes)
  • Build Outbound & Inbound-led Outbound workflows
  • Design workflows that involve Email, LinkedIn, and Calling
  • Build workflows using Clay, Instantly & Lemlist
  • Craft and test new offers and sequences
  • Manage high-quality lead data
  • Collaborate with AEs to hand off leads
  • Conduct qualification calls and ensure high quality meetings through BANT qualification
  • Track performance, optimize messaging, and scale winning plays

Requirements

  • 3+ years in outbound, or BD roles
  • Demonstrated results of driving sales meetings consistently
  • Hands-on with tools like Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Fast, curious, and creative - not afraid to test and iterate
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused
  • Experience in targeting ABM accounts
  • Excellent written & spoken English (bonus: German or other EU language)
