About the role
- Launch outbound campaigns based on real-time triggers (funding, hiring, signals, tech changes)
- Build Outbound & Inbound-led Outbound workflows
- Design workflows that involve Email, LinkedIn, and Calling
- Build workflows using Clay, Instantly & Lemlist
- Craft and test new offers and sequences
- Manage high-quality lead data
- Collaborate with AEs to hand off leads
- Conduct qualification calls and ensure high quality meetings through BANT qualification
- Track performance, optimize messaging, and scale winning plays
Requirements
- 3+ years in outbound, or BD roles
- Demonstrated results of driving sales meetings consistently
- Hands-on with tools like Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fast, curious, and creative - not afraid to test and iterate
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Experience in targeting ABM accounts
- Excellent written & spoken English (bonus: German or other EU language)
