About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with inbound leads (high volume)
  • Make first contact with leads via WhatsApp and phone calls
  • Qualify sales opportunities
  • Understand the customer's profile and timing
  • Schedule meetings for the Closer team
  • Populate and update the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in pre-sales (SDR/BDR)
  • Knowledge of consultative selling
  • Familiarity with CRMs (differential: HubSpot)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience selling to business owners
  • Flexible availability
  • Experience in the digital market, info products, or education sector (differential)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (differential)
  • English (plus)
