Pre-Sales, SDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with inbound leads (high volume)
- Make first contact with leads via WhatsApp and phone calls
- Qualify sales opportunities
- Understand the customer's profile and timing
- Schedule meetings for the Closer team
- Populate and update the CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in pre-sales (SDR/BDR)
- Knowledge of consultative selling
- Familiarity with CRMs (differential: HubSpot)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience selling to business owners
- Flexible availability
- Experience in the digital market, info products, or education sector (differential)
- Knowledge of digital marketing (differential)
- English (plus)
