About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the commercial team composed of SDRs, Closers and Social Sellers.
  • Participate directly in strategic negotiations and in servicing key clients.
  • Monitor ongoing negotiations, supporting the team in managing and closing opportunities.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings (1:1) for development and performance follow-up.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs, analyze results and propose growth strategies.
  • Structure, review and optimize commercial proposals.
  • Direct and oversee the execution of the commercial area's strategies.
  • Prepare executive presentations and report results directly to the Executive Board and the CEO.
  • Ensure proper use of the CRM and the quality of commercial data.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in high-ticket consultative sales
  • Proficiency in techniques such as SPIN Selling
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Degree in Business Administration, Controllership or other management fields is a plus
  • Proven experience managing commercial/sales teams
  • Experience in consultative B2B sales
  • Experience leading strategic negotiations and managing relationships with corporate clients
  • Experience with CRM and commercial pipeline management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance metrics
