About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically generate, qualify and convert business opportunities through social media, focusing on consultative sales for high-ticket B2B clients.
  • Execute strategic outreach to potential leads through social interactions (direct messages, likes, story replies, comments, etc.) to build rapport and generate interest.
  • Engage leads consultatively, identifying pain points, needs and level of readiness.
  • Qualify opportunities with a focus on companies and decision-makers (B2B).
  • Nurture and develop relationships with leads throughout the buying journey.
  • Conduct strategic conversations aimed at generating interest and advancing prospects through the funnel.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers), when applicable.
  • Log and track interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, outreach and campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs (response rate, conversion, meetings generated, sales, etc.).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably with high-ticket products/services.
  • Prior experience in social selling, pre-sales or B2B prospecting.
  • Excellent written communication skills and fluency in Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT, etc.).
  • Organized and disciplined to manage a high volume of contacts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proactive profile, strong contextual reading and ability to adapt language for digital communication.
  • Experience with organic social media engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of ICP and opportunity mapping via social networks.
  • Ability to analyze the funnel and monitor conversion metrics.
