About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet your sales targets.
- The focus will be on creating upsell opportunities by identifying solutions and products that add value for customers.
- Renewal sales: work together with the squad to develop renewal and expansion plans, ensuring a healthy renewal rate and increasing LTV.
- Build and maintain close relationships with the customer base, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and efficiently resolving any requests or issues.
- Actively participate in routine performance optimization calls for the Referral Program with all clients in your portfolio;
- Update the consultancy's internal controls with results generated by clients;
- Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams to maximize retention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert at building and strengthening strategic relationships;
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies;
- Organized to manage multiple projects and concurrent demands.
