About the role
- Conduct prospecting and outreach to inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify leads interested in the postgraduate program
- Engage potential clients through consultative communication
- Collaborate with the Closer to ensure progress through the sales funnel
- Participate in provided trainings aimed at professional development
- Participate in management rituals, performing alignments and providing updates on the progress of your work
- Work with monthly targets and monitor performance indicators
Requirements
- Previous experience in pre-sales (SDR) or similar roles
- Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese, with strong grammar, is mandatory
- Knowledge of techniques such as SPIN Selling and consultative selling
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and logical reasoning
- Action-oriented (execution-focused) profile
- Determined, studious, and curious individual
- Ability to overcome objections with confidence
- Availability and flexibility in working hours
