About the role
- Warm up the database and nurture cold leads
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Nurture the lead database with strategic materials
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Closer
- Update information in the CRM
- Work with metrics and indicators aiming for continuous improvement in the results and processes of your area
- Participate in provided trainings aimed at professional development
Requirements
- High professional and emotional maturity
- Excellent communication and a consultative approach
- Strong self-management, sense of purpose and clarity of goals
- Analytical profile with strategic interpretation of scenarios
- Action-oriented energy and focus on results
- Experience in B2B pre-sales
- Previous experience in consulting, services, B2B or corporate education is a plus
- Proficiency in techniques such as SPIN Selling
- Experience with CRM systems
- Good written and verbal communication
- Experience with high-ticket sales is desirable
- Degree in business administration, controllership or other management-related fields is a plus
