About the role
- Respond to interested leads via WhatsApp and, when necessary, make calls to convert opportunities.
- Guide the client from the first contact through to closing, building rapport and trust.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, offering new courses, payment plans, and packages.
- Keep the CRM up to date, recording every interaction and stage of the sales funnel.
- Work autonomously and proactively, ensuring pace and results.
- Contribute ideas and best practices to continuously improve the sales process.
Requirements
- High school diploma (completed)
- Previous experience in consultative sales, inside sales, or online commercial/customer support.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, and digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, etc.) is desirable.
