About the role

  • Prospect business owners at scale with consistent pace and precision;
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team;
  • Identify and map qualified leads within the ICP;
  • Create personalized cadences and conduct effective follow-ups;
  • Participate in management routines and training sessions provided, with a focus on performance;
  • Work with monthly targets and track performance metrics

Requirements

  • Knowledge/experience with CRM
  • Experience with B2B outbound prospecting
  • Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong focus on pipeline generation
  • Experience using LinkedIn as an active prospecting channel
  • Eager to build an extensive network with top market players
  • Motivated to grow personally and professionally
  • Aspires to become one of the top Corporate BDRs in Brazil
  • Experience in consultative sales and high-ticket deals
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as SPIN Selling and BANT
  • Previous experience with CRM (especially Pipedrive)
  • Experience selling over the phone
