About the role
- Conduct customized consulting meetings on our company's VPI (Sales by Referral) Method, ensuring clients understand and implement best practices to maximize results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring goals and objectives are met throughout the project.
- Monitor progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of client deliverables, ensuring proposed solutions align with each company's expectations and specific needs.
- Keep all client information up to date in the CRM and project minutes, and prepare analytical reports on client progress and consultancy outcomes.
- Play a key role in building and maintaining the business by making daily contacts to keep projects moving and assisting clients with any questions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure an integrated approach aligned with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and project management, preferably in consulting.
- Familiarity with a variety of acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience optimizing acquisition channels, including A/B testing, data analysis, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Strong interpersonal communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand each client's specific needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical, data-driven skills: experience in data analysis and interpreting relevant metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing campaign performance.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, building strong relationships with clients and team members.
