About the role
- Meet your sales targets
- Create upsell opportunities by identifying solutions and products that add value for customers
- Work together with the squad to develop renewal and expansion plans
- Ensure a healthy renewal rate and increase customer LTV
- Build and maintain close relationships with the customer base
- Ensure ongoing satisfaction and efficiently resolve requests or issues
- Actively participate in performance optimization calls for the Referral Program
- Feed the consultancy’s internal tracking with results generated by clients
- Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams
Requirements
- Experience training new programs and onboarding team members
- Expert at building and strengthening strategic relationships
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies
- Organized to manage multiple projects and competing demands simultaneously
