About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Expand hiring knowledge across the company by training employees and ensuring they conduct high-quality interviews
- Conduct market mapping through active sourcing
- Track recruitment data and metrics
- Customize the hiring journey for each role
- Screen and qualify candidates
- Conduct interviews and administer assessment/profile tests
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Keep hiring managers updated on the recruitment funnel
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates
- Monitor the onboarding funnel and propose process improvements
- Monitor the ramp-up funnel and propose process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment using interview techniques and assessment methods
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing/hunting and other channels
- Experience with the onboarding journey
- Experience with ramp-up funnels/processes
- Previous experience working in consulting firms
