About the role
- After coordination, you'll be assigned to fixed shifts within our chat support team
- Receive chat inquiries on the computer and respond to them professionally
- No sales required
- All inquiries come from customers with questions about service appointments, new or used vehicles
- This is a 24/7 support operation; shifts will be agreed with you in advance
- We'll ask when you'd like to work!
Requirements
- You can work as a freelancer and are not based in Germany
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in or experience with cars or motor vehicles
- Solid computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Customer support experience is a plus
