About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and deliver commissioning services across the assigned region.
Grow Impact Cx capabilities, client relationships, and team capacity.
Oversee commissioning projects from pre-construction through close-out.
Manage client relationships and support regional business growth.
Act as a people manager for assigned team members.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, owners, and project team members.
Develop commissioning scopes of work and fee proposals.
Perform design reviews, site observations, and prepare reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 15+ years of equivalent experience in MEP construction, commissioning, and project management.
Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
Certification in Building Commissioning required.
Project Management certification preferred.
OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Construction Safety training preferred.
Proven project management experience.
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems preferred.
Field experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Ability to read, understand, and act on project financial information.
