Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate a team of professionals performing highly technical design projects across multiple geographic regions
Lead client meetings and provide other communications to maintain good client relationships
Develop project priorities and schedules for program deliverables, review meetings with key stakeholders
Provide team training and Quality Control / Assurance reviews to efficiently develop & deliver highly consistent documents
Support the construction process by timely response to RFI’s, review of submittals, processing approved change orders, and monthly draw requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Architect, NCARB Certification is a plus
5 – 10 Years Experience in commercial, industrial design, government/federal, telecom, or data center experience
DBIA Certification or PMP Certification or extensive experience with progressive design build is a plus
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other visualization tools
Autodesk BIM Certification is a plus
Understanding of building codes and ADA requirements
