About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Construction Project Manager (CPM) will manage delivery, installation, and integration of engineered solutions for industrial and manufacturing clients.
Support management of cost and schedule to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality projects in a timely fashion.
Manage multiple projects and lead teams including construction, project support, and technical resources.
Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion and turnover of construction totaling an estimated $15MM to $20MM annually.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in an Engineering field, Technology, Business, or related field.
Five years’ experience as a Project Lead in industrial manufacturing construction and project management.
Preferred focus in Food and Dairy, Life Sciences, and other regulated industries.
Proficiency in using engineering tools and software to develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and deadlines.
Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
