About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary point of contact for team members navigating leave of absence, including medical, parental, and company-supported leaves
- Manage end-to-end leave processes including intake, case tracking, documentation milestones, and return-to-work coordination
- Provide clear, empathetic guidance to team members and managers throughout the leave process
- Maintain detailed and consistent case documentation to support continuity and audit readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing high-touch, case-based HR processes (leave management strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Clear, professional communication style with a high degree of empathy and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Comfort working in HR systems and documentation tools (HRIS experience preferred).
- Adaptable mindset with a willingness to support evolving priorities.
