About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and delivery of high‑quality, fully compliant proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and marketing materials for pursuits across the firm.
Analyze RFQs and RFPs, coordinate proposal development activities, and produce clear, accurate, and well‑organized submission content that aligns with client requirements, firm standards, and branding guidelines.
Collaborate closely with marketing, technical staff, and leadership to support successful pursuits and ongoing firmwide marketing initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism; 1+ years experience; or Associates degree, with 1+ years experience; or 2+ years of relevant A/E/C experience without a degree
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Working knowledge of A/E/C industry terminology and project delivery methods
Understanding of the firm’s practices, clients, core values, branding, policies, and procedures
Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
