About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee commissioning projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
Manage client relationships and support regional business growth
Act as a people manager for assigned team members
Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and project team members
Develop commissioning scopes of work and fee proposals
Develop project-specific test scripts and execute commissioning tests onsite
Monitor project performance, financials, and schedules
Facilitate commissioning meetings and distribute meeting minutes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 15+ years of equivalent experience in MEP construction, commissioning, and project management
Professional Engineering (PE) license required
Certification in Building Commissioning required
Project Management certification preferred
OSHA 10‑hour and 30‑hour Construction Safety training preferred
Proven project management experience
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems preferred
Field experience strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Ability to read, understand, and act on project financial information
