About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary client contact and commissioning authority on assigned projects
Lead commissioning strategy for complex and multi‑system projects from pursuit through warranty
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and technical credibility
Develop commissioning scopes of work, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals and active projects
Oversee development of commissioning plans, test procedures, and documentation, including: Pre‑Functional Checklists (PFCs), Functional Performance Tests (FPTs), Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10–12 years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP construction, or project management OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience leading complex commissioning projects independently
Project Management certification preferred
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
Building Commissioning certification preferred
OSHA 10‑hour Construction Safety and NFPA‑70E preferred
