About the role

  • Serve as the primary client contact and commissioning authority on assigned projects
  • Lead commissioning strategy for complex and multi‑system projects from pursuit through warranty
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and technical credibility
  • Develop commissioning scopes of work, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals and active projects
  • Oversee development of commissioning plans, test procedures, and documentation, including: Pre‑Functional Checklists (PFCs), Functional Performance Tests (FPTs), Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10–12 years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP construction, or project management OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex commissioning projects independently
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Building Commissioning certification preferred
  • OSHA 10‑hour Construction Safety and NFPA‑70E preferred
