About the role
- Support clients on site during construction and with general project management needs.
- Assist in putting together method of procedures for construction activities.
- Coordinate activities with both client project managers and manufacturing production facility managers/personnel.
- Represent client as the interface between the contractors and the owners.
- Generate daily reports and activity logs.
- Run daily meetings with contractors and other personnel on site.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, plant personnel, and construction personnel.
- Ensure best efforts are being performed in a live critical facility.
Requirements
- 5 or more years Construction Experience in Industrial or Commercial Construction or Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Solid grasp of building compliance and safety regulations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements (OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 / etc)
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and information
- Able to use latest technology for communication and coordination
- Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook email, Outlook Calendar)
- MS Project a plus.
