About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients on site during construction and with general project management needs.
Assist in putting together method of procedures for construction activities.
Coordinate activities with both client project managers and manufacturing production facility managers/personnel.
Represent client as the interface between the contractors and the owners.
Generate daily reports and activity logs.
Run daily meetings with contractors and other personnel on site.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, plant personnel, and construction personnel.
Ensure best efforts are being performed in a live critical facility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 or more years Construction Experience in Industrial or Commercial Construction or Engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
Solid grasp of building compliance and safety regulations
Excellent analytical skills
Decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements (OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 / etc)
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and information
Able to use latest technology for communication and coordination
Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook email, Outlook Calendar)
MS Project a plus.
