  • Collaborate on design reviews to ensure constructability, durability, and long-term project success.
  • Identify building enclosure challenges, propose effective solutions, and work closely with contractors and specialists to implement them.
  • Oversee and actively participate in enclosure testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project goals.
  • Monitor installation through inspections and testing, safeguarding quality and performance from start to finish.
  • Engage in construction meetings and collaborate with project teams, making a tangible impact on project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in architecture, engineering, or construction management
  • A minimum of 10+ years of building envelope construction and/or consulting experience would be considered in lieu of educational requirement
  • 5+ years of experience in building enclosure systems
  • Strong understanding of building enclosure systems and design principles
  • Skilled in tracking project costs, billings, and budgets to ensure financial accuracy
  • Experienced in preparing proposals and establishing service fees
  • Roofing or building enclosure credentials are a plus
  • Engineering or architecture licensure is a plus
