About the role
- Provide essential administrative support to the Elevate team
- Prepare and distribute routine team member communications such as Welcome Announcements for new hires
- Assist with workflow preparation related to onboarding, job changes, and other lifecycle events
- Support case triage by ensuring tickets are routed correctly and flagged for follow-up
- Conduct basic audits and checks for data accuracy within Elevate
- Maintain shared resources and templates used by the Elevate team
- Provide administrative support for recurring HR processes (e.g., open enrollment communications, payroll cut-off reminders)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to build knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 0–2 years of HR support experience preferred; internships or related academic exposure considered
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures with accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in HR or HR operations
