About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, approach, and qualify potential customers
- Analyze and qualify incoming leads
- Route qualified leads to the sales team

- Monitor metrics and KPIs to optimize processes and drive better results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
- Ability to maintain an organized work environment and manage tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal- and results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
