About the role

  • provide effective technical support to customers & internal stakeholders
  • manage, co-ordinate, monitor, repair and install Sakura (demonstration) equipment
  • keep abreast of and implement new developments, improvements and regulations for Sakura products
  • maintain a working knowledge of all Sakura equipment by attending regular technical training at the Sakura Academy
  • responsible for effective and efficient complaints handling
  • achieve personal and team goals set at the beginning of the fiscal year
  • timely and adequate reporting through CRM
  • quality assurance
  • participate in various project teams

Requirements

  • secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with technical specialization
  • excellent command of Polish and a good command of English, both verbally and in writing
  • relevant Professional Qualification for technical support, preferably in the area of Medical Diagnostics instrumentation
  • skilled use of computers and Microsoft office software
  • a local driver's license
  • good presentation & communication skills
  • customer oriented, connect easily & make an impact at all levels
  • self-organised, structured and independent
  • pragmatic can-do attitude
