About the role
- provide effective technical support to customers & internal stakeholders
- manage, co-ordinate, monitor, repair and install Sakura (demonstration) equipment
- keep abreast of and implement new developments, improvements and regulations for Sakura products
- maintain a working knowledge of all Sakura equipment by attending regular technical training at the Sakura Academy
- responsible for effective and efficient complaints handling
- achieve personal and team goals set at the beginning of the fiscal year
- timely and adequate reporting through CRM
- quality assurance
- participate in various project teams
Requirements
- secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with technical specialization
- excellent command of Polish and a good command of English, both verbally and in writing
- relevant Professional Qualification for technical support, preferably in the area of Medical Diagnostics instrumentation
- skilled use of computers and Microsoft office software
- a local driver's license
- good presentation & communication skills
- customer oriented, connect easily & make an impact at all levels
- self-organised, structured and independent
- pragmatic can-do attitude
