About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and test customer journey for online events, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
  • Own the curation of seasonal gift guides and select curated shops using both data and merchant recommendations to promote discoverability, customer engagement & revenue
  • Support quarterly global site taxonomy and refinement updates to ensure successful implementation on site
  • Monitor inventory levels to adjust product placements based on availability and sales velocity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Buying, Marketing, Creative) to ensure accurate and timely content execution
  • Ensure accurate set-up and visibility of key digital services, such as Digital Stylists, across site touchpoints, and monitor customer engagement
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on site performance, product findings method trends, and merchandising effectiveness
  • Utilize data insights to make recommendations for improving product presentation and overall site performance
  • Assist in pulling key KPIs for promotional events to understand drivers of performance against plan, and last year's benchmarks
  • Help develop holistic recaps of live events to drive recommendations for immediate performance optimizations and post-event recaps to summarize key learnings
  • Generate and maintain monthly navigation performance reports
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to inform future site navigation strategies
  • Identify and work with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot any site navigational or SFCC setup issues that may arise
  • Help identify and troubleshoot any on-site errors, broken links, or customer experience issues
  • Monitor competitor sites for promotional marketing, merchandising trends and UX opportunities
  • Advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance for site setup

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • experience with analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Adobe Analytics) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
