About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform assessment duties within the company’s defined risk philosophy
Appraise loan applications according to policy guidelines and make or recommend approval decisions
Conduct credit analysis, customer screening, evaluation, underwriting, and loan sanctioning
Interact with customers and co-lending partners to monitor delinquencies and early warning triggers
Collaborate with Business Development, Tech, Product, Operations, and Support teams on innovative products
Work with Data Analytics to contribute to real-time calibration of credit policies
Deliver a quality portfolio within defined TAT and support collection activities when required
Promote teamwork within the team
Monitor and own a complete product portfolio across products and partnerships
Analyze customer base, industry/segment profile, average loan ticket size, and tenure monthly
Monitor relevant market and economic developments and share learnings with the team
Participate in assigned special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in Credit
Good communication skills
Digital orientation
Graduation or post-graduation in any field
Experience handling secured products, especially Small Ticket LAP, is an advantage
