About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for the HL segment in Ahmedabad.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the HL segment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and strong understanding of the HL segment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
