About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand our customer base in the Hyderabad region.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the Hyderabad market and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
