About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the HL segment in Delhi.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize individual and team performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the high-end luxury market, building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the HL segment.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, specifically within the high-end luxury sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi market and the luxury consumer segment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
