Customer Support Assistant
Saipos | Sistema para RestauranteCustomer Support Assistant supporting clients via email, chat, and WhatsApp. Working for a leading SaaS company in the restaurant management sector in Brazil.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, and WhatsApp), resolving inquiries and technical or operational issues;
- Identify and diagnose customer problems, proposing effective and timely solutions;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of empathy, courtesy, responsiveness, and proactivity;
- Monitor ticket statuses and perform follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in customer service and/or technical support;
- Prior experience working with multiple communication channels (email, chat, and WhatsApp), as well as ticketing systems and CRM tools;
- Previous experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.);
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Comfortable with regular reading, as the role involves substantial reading;
- Degree in progress or completed in a technology-related field;
- Availability to work a 5x2 schedule from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (onsite), with alternating days off (so not always on weekends and/or holidays).
