Key responsibilities & impact

Execute retention and reactivation strategies for inactive customers;
Reverse churn by understanding the reasons behind churn and offering solutions that make sense for the customer, ensuring they perceive value in the product;
Provide customer support, resolving inquiries and operational issues;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience;
Encourage active use of the system by suggesting best practices and features relevant to the customer.

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles;
Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organized with the ability to manage tasks effectively;
Proactive approach to problem solving and suggesting improvements;
Basic knowledge of CRM and customer support tools;
Comfortable working in a team and interacting with different customer profiles;
Emotional intelligence to handle day-to-day challenges;
Strong relationship-building skills and empathy.
