About the role

  • You will be responsible for developing and evolving Saipos's payments products, directly working on building and optimizing payment flows as a strategic revenue lever for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze payment metrics (TPV, take rate, conversion) to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Evolve the acquiring strategy to increase payment capture within our ecosystem
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize conversion and monetization of payment flows (POS, kiosk/totem, and app)
  • Identify and reduce friction in the payment journey, improving performance and transaction volume
  • Explore new revenue streams (receivables anticipation, financial services, etc.)

Requirements

  • Strong focus on financial outcomes (revenue, margin, and transaction volume).
  • Experience with payment-related products (Pix, card payments, acquiring, etc.).
  • Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions using metrics such as TPV, take rate, and conversion.
  • Experience testing and scaling initiatives that deliver real business impact (not just feature delivery).
  • Business acumen to understand trade-offs between conversion, cost, and margin.
  • Ability to structure problems, identify opportunities, and prioritize with an impact focus.
  • Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, finance, and commercial/sales).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to operate in short cycles with continuous value delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital products.
