About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leaders, supporting decision-making at operational, tactical and executive levels;
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Revenue Operations (RevOps) processes, with a focus on data, tools, processes and enablement;
  • Set up and facilitate revenue review forums and alignment rituals between teams;
  • Create, maintain and evolve dashboards, reports and predictive growth and forecasting models;
  • Support the spread of an analytical culture and the adoption of a self-service BI model;
  • Optimize the tool stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI), ensuring data integrity and reliability;
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and workflow automation to reduce operational friction;
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams (Product, Engineering and Data) and business areas, ensuring RevOps learnings and practices are integrated into the organizational strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Ops or Marketing Ops, preferably in fast-growing technology companies;
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM;
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and KPIs and translate them into actionable business insights;
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or similar);
  • Basic knowledge of data pipeline and architecture;
  • Autonomous, collaborative and hands-on profile, focused on execution and consistent delivery.
