About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units
Delivers high quality candidates
Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service
Identify and engage candidates through pro-active approaches
Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Processes internal transfer requests
Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager in a timely manner
Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers
Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of contingent offer
Coordinates and attends recruitment events
Reconciles computer reports: recruitment work list to position control and to position manager to ensure consistent reporting statistics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or closely related field
At least one year of related experience
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner
Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment
Working knowledge of effective recruiting/marketing strategies
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems
