About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Effectively address customer and partner inquiries
- Develop and execute marketing plans through partners and end users
- Pursue leads and ensure internal systems are updated
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages
- Follow-up with customers and partner with the post-sale team
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle
- Foster a deep understanding of the territory
- Effectively initiate discussions across all customer organization levels
- Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene
Requirements
What you’ll need- Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls
- Highly proficient in understanding and presenting SailPoint solutions
- Ability to provide a superior customer experience
- Skills in competitively positioning solutions
- Experience leading a virtual team
- Capability of creating a territory or opportunity plan
- Establishing and maintaining business plans
- Collaborating with marketing to execute marketing plans
- Excellent understanding of the territory including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors
- Navigating and managing discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization
- Utilizing all channel management and reporting tools
