About the role
- Coordinate resources for setup support, workshops, and rule diagnostics
- Confirm proper customer setup and coordinate events and webinars
- Manage the project and customers using Smartsheet or other project management tools, updating and organizing information
- Confirm kickoff dates and ensure project readiness
- Initiate staffing requests and submit tickets for architect sessions
- Exercise discretion in discussions and involvement of relevant parties
- Contact Customer Success Managers, confirm kickoff completion, and ensure customer readiness
- Within 1-2 months: lead customer projects by preparing project plans, meeting with internal teams weekly, tracking progress and deliverable completion, maintaining project status, forecasting, and budget reporting, and documenting project risks and issues
- After 6 months: demonstrate strong understanding of delivery methodology and lead significant PM duties for SASP
- After 1 year: manage all project management duties for various project types and complexity resulting in a sustainable project management portfolio
Requirements
- 3 + years of professional work experience, with a focus on customer or partner-facing roles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in coordinating resources
- Ability to coordinate events, webinars, and ensure proper customer setup
- Strong operational focus with project management capabilities
- Experience working with various teams, maintaining discretion and effective communication
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
