About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of sales professionals who sell to end users directly
- Leverage support of influential channel partners in selling the IGA Solution Suite
- Participate in onboarding sessions and evaluate the current status within reporting structures
- Build relationships with key supporting functions and familiarize with products and success stories
- Develop 12-month and 3-year plans for business growth and refine existing processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successful track record of leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-sec organizations
- Ideally has led sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS
- Ability to bring structure and rigor to all aspects of the sales process including pipeline and forecasting
- Excellent leadership skills to inspire their teams
