About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Develop business plans aligned to assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners.
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
  • Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, and closing process.
  • Create territory and opportunity plans.
  • Maintain customer relationships and pursue new sales opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Experience in identity security or related technology.
  • Strong understanding of value proposition and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and handle complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
