About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Develop business plans aligned to assigned territory.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners.
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
- Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, and closing process.
- Create territory and opportunity plans.
- Maintain customer relationships and pursue new sales opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Experience in identity security or related technology.
- Strong understanding of value proposition and competitive positioning.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and handle complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
