About the role

  • Own end-to-end sales pursuits for the largest UK Central Government departments
  • Execute existing pipeline and close high-value deals
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries
  • Develop business plans that align with assigned territory
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute plans through partners and end users
  • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required)
  • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls to analyze prospect needs
  • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting SailPoint solutions
  • Superior customer experience from the first discovery call
  • Ability to competitively position solutions and a broader value proposition
  • Lead a virtual team of partner resources, presales, partner manager, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success
  • Create a territory or opportunity plan
Benefits
