About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end sales pursuits for the largest UK Central Government departments
- Execute existing pipeline and close high-value deals
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries
- Develop business plans that align with assigned territory
- Collaborate with marketing to execute plans through partners and end users
- Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required)
- Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls to analyze prospect needs
- Highly proficient in understanding and presenting SailPoint solutions
- Superior customer experience from the first discovery call
- Ability to competitively position solutions and a broader value proposition
- Lead a virtual team of partner resources, presales, partner manager, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success
- Create a territory or opportunity plan
