About the role
- Define and execute the go-to-market and technical validation strategy for SailPoint's AI Agent and Machine Security initiatives
- Build and lead a world-class team of security architects and engineers
- Architect the technical go-to-market strategy for securing autonomous AI agents and machine identities
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a specialized team of solution architects and security practitioners
- Serve as the company's foremost expert on the IAM challenges of AI agents
- Architect and evangelize technical strategies for governing the entire lifecycle of AI agents
- Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for executive leadership, product management, and marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience
- Previous experience, 12+ years as a sales engineering manager and 5+ years as a sales engineer
- Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to a technical and business audiences
