About the role
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Hire top talent across the APJ region and foster a competitively collaborative team culture.
- Strategically engage with customers and business partners to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with partners and end users.
Requirements
- Experience leading high performing sales teams selling across IT stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Identity or cybersecurity experience in addition to agentic technologies and/or data architecture or governance technologies.
- Ability to work across various personas within IT organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint's Agentic Technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field preferred but not required.
