About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
- Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in California
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience a plus
