About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
Active, independent license to practice psychology in Texas
Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
