About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
- Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
- Licensed in New Hampshire.
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.
