About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
  • Licensed in New Hampshire.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.
