- Mission-aligned. You care deeply about improving care for older adults and are excited to play a key role in someone’s first step toward better mental health.
- Experience welcome, not required. You may have worked in healthcare, customer service, or an administrative support role before – but most importantly, you’re organized, compassionate, and eager to grow.
