About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation
- Attract and identify the very best clinical talent
- Provide a 5-star clinician experience through their hiring journey
- Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines as well as building out new recruitment channels
- Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities
- Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our co-founder and Provider Growth team
- Innovate on new systems and tools

- You love interviewing and meeting new people
- You have a human-centered approach and love providing delightful experiences to clinicians
- Love clinical recruiting, from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offer acceptance
- Are organized, disciplined, and proactive
