About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults - including Spanish-speaking clients - in a virtual setting.
Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required — ability to conduct full therapy sessions, assessments, and clinical conversations in both languages.
A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
Experience working with the geriatric population.
Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
