About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Ensure compliance with local environmental protection agencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Authority on border integrity, international trade regulations, and global transit compliance
  • Experience in operating as Importer of Record via proprietary charter vessel
  • Ability to lead advance conversations with customs authorities, border forces, and port officials
  • Knowledge of operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience in compliance paperwork, visas, and port-authority clearances
  • Understanding of high-tech asset classification and hazardous materials compliance
  • Proven ability to manage complex documentation for specialized technical cargo
  • Experience in agricultural and biosecurity entry requirements for high-risk regions
  • Skills in managing international bond architecture and customs brokers
